Set within an imposing stone-built Victorian villa, this charming hotel is ideally set in the heart of Edinburgh's Corstorphine district, just 2 miles (ca 3.2 km) away from the Airport and City Centre.
Lying in its own grounds with walled gardens and extensive private parking, the house forms a true haven of peace and tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of its surroundings. This beautiful Victorian Villa retains most of its original features, with some of the most ornate original cornices.
Along the A8 tourist route into the city, the hotel is within easy travelling distance of all the attractions of the capital, part which is a World Heritage Site. Nearby lies Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium, and Gyle & Edinburgh Business Park.

Bookings made for August weekends, New Year, rugby fixtures and concerts require a minimum 3-night stay. Please contact the hotel directly to verify the latest policy on the minimum stay. Other events, such as the Highland Show, Motor Show and Dog Show in June attract a minimum of 3-nights stay and premium rates are applicable.
Debit/Delta/Switch/Maestro card payments are subject to a flat fee of £2. Credit card payments are subject to a minimum of £2 or 2% surcharge.
The hotel does not accept payments with American Express cards.
All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and are fully-equipped. Ground floor rooms look unto the beautifully landscaped gardens, whilst upper level rooms offer superb views of the Pentlands Hills.
These rooms are Superior with a double & single bed & a folding bed if required. Rooms are furnished to a high standard. They offer superb views of the landscaped gardens and the Pentlands Hills in a distance.
Family Rooms are spacious are offer excellent value for Money.
The hotel offers a choice of full continental or cooked or vegetarian breakfasts, all home-cooked and served fresh in the large conservatory

By Car:
From the Airport:
- Take the A8 towards the City Centre.
- This leads on to St. John's Road, Corstorphine.
- The hotel is on the left-hand side, just beyond the Drum Brae roundabout.
From the City Centre:
- Drive along Princes Street towards the West End.
- Continue through to Haymarket, in the direction for the airport, along Corstorphine Road (A8) for about 2.5 miles.
- The hotel will be on your right-hand side.
From M8, A8, M90/M9 and City Bypass:
- Take the A8 towards Gyle/Edinburgh Park - the North West of Edinburgh.
- Continue towards the city centre.
- Then, as above.
